You have 15 days from receipt of your order to request a return. The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Personalised works or those made to special order are not returnable, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage occurring during transit.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at [email protected], stating your order number, the title of the artwork and the reason for the return.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to make the return. Return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the damage results from a manufacturing defect or from transit.
On receipt of the artwork, our team carries out an inspection to check its condition and conformity. If the return is approved, the full purchase amount, along with the original delivery costs, will be refunded to your original payment method.
The time taken to process the refund depends on your bank or payment provider.
If your painting arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days, attaching clear photos of the damage observed. We will then offer you, according to your preference, a full refund or a replacement of the artwork.
